KidsLA Magazine - Green Issue

Yeah... it's here! We are so excited to be included in the KidsLA Magazine's Spring '09 Issue. The cover features Ming and Aoki, daughter's of Kimora Lee and Russel Simmons. Inside KidsLA you will always find beautiful and artistic editorials but, in addition to all of the regular sections the focus in this issue is all about being green. We are not an organic product (yet) and although our packaging is minimal and reusable it is not officially eco-friendly (still working on that.) So it made me wonder how we made it into this "Green" issue? Then I remembered... one of the wonderful things about our product is that it is made in the U.S.A. so, not only are we providing jobs locally we are also not contributing to air pollution by having our products made in other Countries and transported here. I personally do everything I can to teach my family how to be "green" at home so, I know we can do more at B.Y.O.G. and I am inspired to find ways to become a green(er) company. I will share some of our family's green tips in a future post.
